Very interesting read. It delves into elements of health in a holistic way, such as how to optimise your diet to stay healthy and balance your body’s natural cycles. It’s written in a way that’s easy to understand and follow as well as being backed up by research, which has been fascinating to discover. Making the changes has also been stress-free and the author guides you in making small swaps and different choices, and eventually minimising unhelpful foods such as sugar and excessive carbohydrates, and how making these small changes can truly transform every aspect of your health, from healthy brain function, to improving gut health and preventing disease and disruption in the body. Overall, I found it incredibly engaging and I have learnt so much from it already!
